Waterproof underlayment - List of Manufacturers, Suppliers, Companies and Products | IPROS GMS

Suppresses roof condensation. Ventilated, moisture-permeable waterproof underlayment "Air Gap Sheet."

One layer of ventilation space and waterproof sheet. From now on, roofing materials will not rust. The underlayment will not decay.

With easy installation, a ventilation layer of about 1 cm can be created between the roofing material and the sheathing. Using a breathable waterproof sheet, moisture from the sheathing and attic is expelled into the ventilation layer. By drying the materials around the roof, it prevents rust and decay deterioration. 【Features】 ■ Condensation Prevention The airflow in the ventilation layer averages 3 to 3.9 m/min. This is sufficient flow rate to expel humidity. The humidity on the north side sheathing in winter decreases by an average of about 16%. It prevents condensation that can damage the roof. ■ Insulation Effect The ventilation layer also functions as an insulation layer. The temperature in the attic during summer was reduced by 5.2°C compared to roofs without a ventilation layer. It creates a roof structure that is cool in summer and warm in winter. ■ Easy Installation Performance No special tools are required, and it is lightweight and non-sticky. Additionally, due to minimal changes in stiffness and expansion due to temperature, stable work can be performed throughout the year. ■ Excellent Pressure Resistance ■ Excellent Reliability ■ Excellent Durability A dedicated roofing underlayment for higher-quality construction: "Air Gap Sheet." *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
